The role holder is responsible for managing the design and technical review aspects of projects and developments. This includes monitoring development and design activities, as well as reviewing the technical designs submitted by sub-developers and investors. The objective is to ensure that all designs align with the project's vision, quality standards, timelines, and budget, while maintaining full compliance with relevant authority regulations and DHCC standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
