No share capital is required. Licensing Regulations Commercial licenses issued by Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority are subject to leasing a facility within the Dubai Healthcare City and the license is valid only for operating a business inside the Free Zone territory. Licenses and permits are for a period of one year and are renewable on an annual basis.
