How to apply for Commercial License and Registration:
Once you have completed all formalities with the Sales Department and Center for Healthcare Planning and Quality (CPQ), you can then proceed to Government Services to begin the process of Commercial Licensing & Registration. The following links clearly lay out the documentation required and sample templates to begin processing.
There are 3 types of applications for licensing & registration for DHCC.
- Application for a FZ LLC where shareholder is an individual person(s)
- Application for a FZ LLC where shareholder is a corporate client (company)
- Application for a Branch of a UAE or Foreign Established Company
1. Application for a FZ LLC where shareholder is an individual person(s):
Please complete the following forms:
Please refer to the checklist provided to ensure that you have completed all of the documents needed.
Once your documentation has been submitted in full along with the License & Incorporation fees, the application will be forwarded to Dubai Holding (DH) for approval. Once we receive approval, we shall then be in a position to issue a letter addressed to a bank of your choice in the UAE. This letter will enable you to open an account in the new company's name. You will deposit your capital shares into this account and obtain a Proof of Capital from the bank.
This letter should be presented to DHCC whereupon your License and Incorporation certificate will be issued.
2. Application for a FZ LLC where shareholder is a corporate client (company):
Please refer to the checklist provided to ensure that you have completed all of the documents needed.
Once your documentation has been submitted in full along with the License & Incorporation fees, the application will be forwarded to Dubai Holding (DH) for approval. Once we receive approval, we shall then be in a position to issue a letter addressed to a bank of your choice in the UAE. This letter will enable you to open an account in the new company’s name. You will deposit your Capital shares into this account and obtain a Proof of Capital from the bank.
This letter should be presented to DHCC whereupon your License and Incorporation certificate will be issued.
3. Application for a Branch of a UAE or Foreign Established Company:
Please refer to the checklist provided to ensure that you have completed all of the documents needed.
Once your documentation has been submitted in full along with the License fee, the application will be forwarded to Dubai Holding (DH) for approval. Once we receive approval, we shall then be in a position to issue your Commercial License.
Legal Requirements:
Please note that in each of the above application sets, the following documents must be signed in the presence of a DHCC representative:
- Board of Resolution
- Articles of Association
- Memorandum of Association
In the event that this arrangement cannot be met, then the documents must be Notarized and Legalized. Documents consisting of more than one page must be sealed.
