DHCC is the prime location for modern outpatient facilities, healthcare commercial offices and retail services. The Ibn Sina building houses clinics and laboratories featuring the latest in radiology and MRI technology. The Al Razi Medical Complex features outpatient surgical clinics complete with state-of-the-art analytical and diagnostic laboratories, and surgical suites.
Healthcare Education and Research
The Medical Community is home to medical, dental, nursing and allied health schools. These schools offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses and postgraduate education to healthcare professionals. A key member of this community is the Harvard Medical School Dubai Center (HMSDC) for Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, which offers fellowship and observership programs. The community also aims to build a world-class research infrastructure. One of the pioneers in this field is the Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research (DHFMR) which aims to lead the creation of regionally-relevant basic scientific research.
